Privacy comes first at the Inventum Group (See below).

Naturally, we conform to the privacy law. This means that your data will be safe with us and that we will always manage and process your data in accordance with the provisions mentioned in the AVG (General regulation data protection).  In this privacy statement we explain what we at Inventum will do with the information we own from you.

Inventum respects the personal privacy of its customers. Therefore, the protection of personal data is very important for us when we are executing our activities. We are only allowed to use this data if we exactly explain why and for what reason

We also will not provide this data to other parties if you have not given us your permission to do this, unless it is necessary in the context of the agreement with us or if this is a legal requirement.

To improve our service

We use your personal data, collected via our website, to improve and develop new products and services.

To improve the website and applications

For optimising our website we keep personal data such as a newsletter and contact form up to date through cookies and other similar technology. Besides personalising & targeting our marketing, our goal is to offer you a better, faster and safer customer experience. Your e-mail address for the newsletter will only be added to the subscription list with your explicit permission. Please note that you can decline this mailing and terminate your subscription to the newsletter at any time. Every e-mail contains an ‘unsubscribe’ link.

You can also ask us questions and make requests. To do so, you must fill in certain information. We keep this information no longer than necessary, usually after questions and requests have been satisfactorily resolved.

Google Analytics

By using Google Analytics we measure how you use our websites and how you found us. We use this knowledge to optimize our websites however we cannot see how you use our sites. This cookie comes directly from Google and will be deleted after up to 2 years. Google does not share anonymous data with third parties either.  Read their Privacy Statement here.

Relationship management

We process personal data for our relationship management and to execute specific marketing activities. Based on data from internal and external sources and your visit to our web pages, we can make appropriate commercial offers to you, for example via post, phone or internet.

Security and processors

Inventum protects your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or theft. Your personal data can only be seen by departments with whom you are in contact.

We make arrangements for the security of your personal data that will be processed by other parties.  If we switch to a third party for our services to process our personal data, we make sure that this party also meets our security requirements. We do this to ensure a ‘processors agreement’.

We also ensure that we keep your personal data accurate and up-to-date. Therefore, we kindly ask you to notify us of any changes to your personal data (for example a change in your address details).

How long do we save your personal data?

We keep your personal data no longer than necessary or allowed. How long we keep personal data is different per application and is arranged through our internal storage policy.
